A Young Family

I met up with these two and wonderful little boy early on a Sunday afternoon.  It turned out we actually had a lot in common and proceeded to visit, take photos, and have a great time.  There boy was great in front of the camera (which isn't always the case for kids his age!) and we got some great shots of this new family:

Lindsey & Curtis' Lumsden SK Wedding

The weather really worked out for this wedding and we got to do lots of great outdoor shots despite what the weather could have been like!  The wedding day started in Lipton SK then we moved through the Qu'Appelle Valley on our way to Lumsden.  It was nice doing a wedding in a new location and I think you'll agree that we got some great photos:

Sunset Engagement Shoot

Spring is in the Air!

About two weeks ago I remember distincly feeling the sun shine on my cheek.  It was an amazing feeling that had been absent in my life for a good six months.  Soon I will be complaining that it's too hot to carry around camera gear and too mucky to be rolling in the mud for the perfect shot.  For now, I relish the Spring temperatures and all the new 'firsts'.  Speaking of firsts, I will be shooting the first wedding of Spring very shortly!  I'm hoping that some of the Spring colours are out by then!

Baby Meliah {Regina SK}
