Russell Manitoba
The last few days I was stuck in Russell Manitoba doing some engineering work. It was pretty laid back and I had a bit of time by myself to take a few pictures. Here are some pictures from the week:

Cheryl and Shane's Wedding in Regina
Last weekend I had the honour of photographing Cheryl and Shane's wedding in Regina, SK. They even rented a limo fron Mystique Limosines and tried to feed me booze all day! Here are some pictures from the day:

Regina Photobooth Ideas
There are lots of events within Regina that could benefit from a photobooth that people may not have thought of. Photobooths are for more than just weddings and graduations. Here are some ideas:

Baby Rowan
This weekend, dove tailing with Megan and Dallas' Wedding in Elbow Saskatchewan, I took some pictures of Rowan. She is the lovely baby girl of Denise and Dennis, cousins of Megan. She was pretty shy, well I dono if crying the whole time is shy, but here are some pictures of the two week old Rowan from the shoot:

Regina Engagement Photography Locations
It seems like fall is the time of year that everyone is getting engagement photography done in Regina Saskatchewan. There are a lot of good locations for engagement photography in Regina, if you know where to look. Many of my clients are waiting for the leaves to turn before we go out and do an engagement session.
Here are some great places in Regina for engagement shoots, especially once the leaves start to turn colour:

Here are some great places in Regina for engagement shoots, especially once the leaves start to turn colour:
- Wascana - There are many nooks and crannies that are off the beaten path. The park looks really good in late September.
- Kiwanis Park - This is a favourite but many of the trees are coniferous so the leaves aren't as big of a deal in this park.
- Along Wascana bike path - There are a lot of places along this extensive bike/walking path. If you're doing your own engagement photos it could be a fun day of biking around looking for some nice spots.
- University of Regina - This is a great spot and you'll have the option of some indoor pictures as well. The Wascana also runs along the border of the campus and there are some really neat pieces of "art" around the campus as well.
- City of Regina Parks - These are all over, with varying greenery and scenery.
- Government House - The facility has some really nice garden areas and areas with benchs to sit and take pictures. Many of the trees here are coniferous though.
- RCMP Museum - This is a good spot and the grounds outside are well manicured. This works especially well if someone in the couple is in, or aspiring to be in, the RCMP.
